Coaster Collection - Millennium Force

The Ride
Cedar Point just didn't want to add any new coaster for the millennium. They wanted to go all out and built the fastest and tallest coaster of any other coaster in the world. In the beginning of winter construction started on the most record holding coaster in the world. Millennium Force's bright blue track looms above the park. From the elevator lift cable to the final magnetic brake run the coaster never has a dull moment. Some say that on a clear day you can even see the other side of Lake Erie from the top of Millennium Force.

The Experience
Riders board the sleek coaster cars and fly up the lift hill. The coaster's lift is faster because it uses an elevator lift system. The riders reach the summit and start down the 80 degree, 30 story first drop. The riders level out an immediately go through on of the overbanked turns. The riders zoom through one of the two tunnel and then back up the second hill. The train drops down the second drop and then drops down into another banked turn and into a turn around. The train rolls over a camelback and into the second tunnel. The ride flies over the turns and bunny hops, into the final banked turn, and into the magnetic braking system.
